- GREAT FEATURES: Kitchens are remodeled with dishwashers, modern cabinets and ceramic tile floors. Baths are also remodeled and there are two baths in all units licensed for 3 or more. More than 99% of all other rooms have either new hardwood floors or newly sanded floors which sparkle. Everyone has their own individual bedroom. Parking is good (either on-site or nearby). ALL houses have on-site WASHERS AND DRYERS at no extra charge. Blinds are provided for most windows.
- GREAT MAINTENANCE: Our full-time maintenance technicians are on call for emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week and available to quickly respond to your service requests. We take pride in our service. You submit service requests via your Tenant Portal.
- ENERGY EFFICIENT: To minimize your utility bills, all our houses have been well insulated and have gas heat; most furnaces are high efficiency. Light fixtures are mainly high-efficiency LED fixtures with no bulbs to replace. Many windows have been replaced with high-efficiency vinyl replacement windows. All other windows have storm windows.
- A CLEAN HOUSE TO MOVE INTO: In the 15 to 17 days we have between tenants, we make repairs, paint as needed, and have the home professionally cleaned. The virtual tours show you how nice and clean our houses look just prior to move-ins.
- MANAGEMENT THAT CARES ABOUT YOU: To protect your Security Deposit and help orient you to your house, we personally meet with you before you move into it jointly filling out the Move-in Inventory form while taking pictures of pre-existing damage.
