9/7/26 Lease Signing for 2027-28 Leases or 2027-29 Leases for new groups begins Sept 13th (earlier if we know current tenants are not renewing). Each house or apartment is licensed for a maximum number of Tenants, so search the rentals by Type (size) to find ones which interest you. Spend time reviewing the Virtual Tours of these houses (done Aug 2021-2024) examining the floorplan and all the details. You can measure room sizes. Note some houses require Landlord references & some require a 2 year lease. The RENT LISTED IS IF YOUR GROUP PAYS ON TIME.
SRP RENTS HOUSES ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS after you fill out applications and pay the Holding Deposit. After all group members tour the house with us, you can apply by clicking "Contact Us" below & provide your name, phone #, email, year at MSU, your group size & the house you want to rent. THEN WE WILL SEND YOUR GROUP APPLICATIONS FOR THAT SPECIFIC HOUSE. Once you submit applications & pay a Holding Deposit = a month's rent, we take the house off the market for 48 hours so you all can attend a meeting to sign the lease at our office. MSU generally requires Sophomores to live on campus. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS or KEGS & BARS inside houses.
