Lease Signing for the 2024-25 Lease Year for new groups begins on Sept 18th (earlier if we know tenants are not renewing). Search the Rentals by Type (size) to find houses which interest you. Spend time reviewing the Virtual Tours of these houses examining the floorplan and all the details (these are actual pictures right before moveins in August 2021 & 22 ). SRP is RENTING HOUSES NOW ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. To apply, click "Contact Us" below & provide your name, phone #, email, your group size & the houses you are interested in renting. We will then work with your group to decide on A Specific House by doing tours (virtual or in-person). THEN WE WILL SEND YOUR GROUP APPLICATIONS FOR THAT SPECIFIC HOUSE. Once you submit your applications & pay a Holding Deposit = a month's rent, we meet to sign the lease. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS.
