Houses have a maximum licensed occupancy set by the City of East Lansing.  So after you determine the size of your group, please review our website by Type (size) of house and find ones you like.  Inside the virtual tours you can see  floorplans of each floor and can explore the details of each room. Using the ruler symbol you can even measure rooms. These tours were filmed in 2021 and 2023 and are more up to date than the still pictures.

ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL GROUP MEMBERS CONFIRM THAT THEY WANT TO BE IN YOUR GROUP.  HAVING A PERSON DROP OUT OF GROUP OFTEN SLOWS DOWN OR PREVENTS A GROUP FROM FINDING A HOUSE

After you have narrowed your choices to a couple of houses we would be happy to arrange a physical tour of them for your entire group.  So please find a weekday time between noon and 6pm when all your group can tour your finalists.  At that point it would be best to call to us at  to arrange a time. Note that it's very important for  every group member to see the house.

We will start showing houses on Thursday 10 Sept 2026.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT HOUSES RENT VERY QUICKLY, SO TRY TO SEARCH AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE especially if you want a close to campus house.
