Lease Signing for the 2026-27 Lease Year for new groups begins on Sept 13th (earlier if we know tenants are not renewing). Remember each house or apartment is licensed for a maximum number of people. Search the Rentals by Type (size) to find houses which interest you. Spend time reviewing the Virtual Tours of these houses (done Aug 2021-2023) examining the floorplan and all the details . Note that some houses require Landlord references & others require a 2 year lease.

THEN WE WILL SEND YOUR GROUP APPLICATIONS FOR THAT SPECIFIC HOUSE. Once you submit your applications & immediately pay a Holding Deposit = a month's rent, we will arrange a meeting to sign the lease at our office within 48 hours. Remember that MSU generally requires students to live on campus as Sophomores. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS or KEGS & BARS inside houses.
