9/7/26 Lease Signing for 2027-28 Leases or 2027-29 Leases for new groups begins Sept 13th (earlier if we know current tenants are not renewing). Each house or apartment is licensed for a maximum number of Tenants, so search the rentals by Type (size) to find ones which interest you. Spend time reviewing the Virtual Tours of these houses (done Aug 2021-2024) examining the floorplan and all the details. You can measure room sizes. Once you submit applications & pay a Holding Deposit = a month's rent, we take the house off the market for 48 hours so you all can attend a meeting to sign the lease at our office. MSU generally requires Sophomores to live on campus. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS or KEGS & BARS inside houses.
