Lease Signing for the 2025-26 Lease Year for new groups begins on Sept 12th (earlier if we know tenants are not renewing). Remember each house or apartment is licensed for a maximum number of people. Search the Rentals by Type (size) to find houses which interest you. Spend time reviewing the Virtual Tours of these houses (done in Aug 2021 and 2022) examining the floorplan and all the details . THEN WE WILL SEND YOUR GROUP APPLICATIONS FOR THAT SPECIFIC HOUSE. Once you submit your applications & immediately pay a Holding Deposit = a month's rent, we will arrange a meeting to sign the lease at our office within 48 hours.
